Great base to start a cycle FB, should yield some fab results.

Not posting on any other forums. GMJ does the job for me. I'm following Jim Wendlers 5/3/1 system now, makes alot of sense. I'm still carrying loads of fat cause my diets been fucking shocking. I'm trying to clean it up and have quit drinking. 3 months dry now which for me is a miracle! I'm on Clen/ECA for now 2 weeks on/off, yoose know the standard and I'm doing hill sprints 3/4 x a week which are killing me! I'm hoping to finally get in shape.
